Continue meeting with your planning committee on a regular basis. As your Recruitment, Fundraising, Construction and Food teams wrap up their final tasks, your Safety, Logistics, Children's Activity and Public Relations teams will be kicking into high gear. Keep meetings short so that people can devote more time to team tasks, and encourage everyone to celebrate two successes for each challenge they've encountered.
