About 50 volunteers spent Thursday morning creating a more comfortable, family-friendly environment to greet guests at the Fremont County Department of Human Services visitors’ center.

Sponsored through the Home Depot KaBOOM! 1-2-3 program, the project provided picnic tables, park benches and shade structures to create a semi-private space at the DHS office on Justice Center Road. The area is used for family visitation, including biological and foster care families.
