ATLANTA -- Six Flags is forming an alliance that will make The Home Deport the sole supplier of materials to build and maintain the Six Flags amusement parks.

Under terms of the deal, Home Depot's Home Depot Supply unit will provide commercial improvement, building supply, construction repair and maintenance products to the second-largest amusement park company in the world.
