For families in need of a place to stay during a crisis, the transitional housing provided by Yolo Wayfarer Center is an invaluable resource. The children who stay in these houses, however, had no safe place to play outside, inspiring the Luna Vista (CA) Rotary to help provide fencing, play equipment, and a grassy area to romp around.
