More About Me
I'm a resident of an older subdivision with 4 pieces of outdated playground equipment. As a child, I would've loved to have access to a playground and enjoyed it whenever I went to the park. Play is very important to me especially in this day and age when various media keep our children indoors and childhood obesity is on the rise. I have a toddler of my own as well as one on the way and my dream is for them to have a playground that is easily accessible to them. That is why I'm looking to build one in my subdivision. I am not able to take my daughter to the park as often as I'd like, but when I do her eyes light up and it's always a struggle to leave the playground. It would be nice to have a playground within walking distance so I can take my children after work instead of planning for a weekend that I'm available and packing up for the trip!
