More About Me
We should say, "Our Biography," we are a team of three executive committee members at Lincoln Elementary Technology Academy in Pittsburgh, PA. We have joined forces with the PTO (Parent Teacher Organization) and PSCC (Parent School Community Council) along with the staff/faculty/students and parents of LETA and are in the process of gaining more community support. Our goal and desire is for everyone to unite their talents and connections in order to build a desperately needed playground for the children that attend the school and Head Start Program at Kingsley. We want to make the dream of building a playground a reality in order to empower our children that they can make a difference in their community in which they live if we unite and work together as a team. It takes a whole caring town to make a difference with one amazing idea. We look forward to joining the KaBOOM! on-line web portal and interact with everyone who shares the same belief as we do...every child deserves a safe place to play and learn. We are EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE that the LETA Playground Project is COMPLETE thanks to all our volunteers, Build-A-Bear Workshop and KaBOOM! =o)
