What age can be on construction team?

We have some 15 year old (High Schoolers) who want to be on the construction team. What age is appropriate?

For me, I would say that is ok in that our vendor supplied a build day manual, and within it, there were waiver forms that were intended for volunteers under the age of 18...it just required the parent had to sign them in and sign the waiver.

I'd say 15 is OK in that a). they're as tall as adults and so equipment isn't going to be accidentally swung around at hip height and catch a child in the face (e.g. like a 9 year old height would be).  And they are old enough to understand that this isn't a play time, it's time to work.

We had a couple of teens helping, particularly when it came time to move the bark around, and they were a big help.

I like that answer too. we have some very eager and willing boyscouts that want to help. But when I asked at KaBOOM I was told that to do the actual build they needed to be 18. We were planning to have them help with the unloading, mix the cement, and do the mulch.
Would love to hear more.......

WEll if the KaBOOM rules are for 18 and up then you should follow that for the assembly.  We had the 15 year olds help with moving the bark and spreading it, and also with side projects--they hadn't arrived until later in the day after assembly was already done.
