We had a very small committee- about 8 member and only 4 did a bulk of the work but we had support when we needed it. Do you have the kaboom tool kit? It was my bible for my project. It has everything you need to stay organized, it walks you thru the process, and is an incredible guide. I know you can access it on line also if you don't have one. I kept a playground binder to have everything in one place ans well organized.
