Does anyone know if there is a web site or agency I can contact that may have statistics showing decreased vandalism by children when a playground is installed?

That is a tall order! My web searches only produce articles describing instances of playground vandalism.

You may want to contact a vendor and ask them about graphitti remover. If its a top selling item, maybe there isn't any such agency.

That's why KaBOOM! actively practices the community build model. When you bring a few hundred people from the neighborhood to come and build the playground, there is a sense of ownership, a feeling of, "HEY! Hands off my twisty slide! I built it myself," that can help reduce vandalism.
