Hi Ben,
On the Playfinder there is not a section for age of equipment or for the dimensions of the playspace. Do we just put it on the form that we are sending in, or should we add it in the description of the playspace on playfinder as well?
Also, the form provided with the preview of information provided (the one with the columns), does that have to be mailed in with the application along with the audit/upload forms?
