Thanks so much for an awesome training! Due to the length of my drive home, I had lots of time to mull over what I learned and can't wait to get started! We're going to start with a small meeting of 2 people to work out a presentation plan. Then we'll meet with our neighborhood board to present and brainstorm. If it wasn't for the training, I would have had a different mindset about this whole process. I knew it was an opportunity for my neighborhood, but I didn't have the idea of creating a legacy in mind. I would have felt badly about going to local businesses and "begging" for donations. This was so needed! Thanks again, guys, for all the great help. And the kazoos!

The training was an absolute blast.  I took some great ideas back to our committee, program workers, and parents who also have contact with the children who will eventually be using the playground, which will be completed in August of 2009 if not slightly sooner.  I enjoyed meeting some new folks at the same time and the food was delish!

We're wrapping up our application and will be submitting friday morning.  Thank you for the assistance.  Again, great training.  I actually took back ideas for management and leadership, and using ingenuity and fun in the workplace.  I loved the format of the training-the colors and crayons kept us all entertained.  Good job, Danielle, Erin, Justin and Amanda!
